Quakertown, PA, October 2025 – Demco Automation is participating in the Upper Bucks County Technical School (UBCTS) Career and Technical Education Expo on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m., at UBCTS, 3115 Ridge Rd. in Perkasie.

This informational event serves as a starting point for area students to speak directly with career and trade-job exhibitors.
Senator Jarrett Coleman, Representative Shelby Labs, and Representative Craig Staats will be in attendance as proponents of CTE and careers in the Commonwealth.
Executive Director Dr. Michael Herrera will also be in present to discuss UBCTS’s educational programs.

Quakertown, PA, May 2025 – Demco Automation continues to invest in the future of STEM and CTE (Career & Technical Education) by donating a new automated assembly system designed and built specifically for Upper Bucks County Technical School’s Mechatronics program. The state-of-the-art automation training system valued at $73,000, offers students hands-on access to the same technology used in modern manufacturing.
“We’re honored to support the outstanding work happening at UBCTS,” said Stephen Maund, President & CEO of Demco Automation. “By donating this system, we’re investing in a skilled workforce and empowering students with technology that reflects real industrial applications. We hope to inspire the next generation of automation and
manufacturing professionals.”
The equipment will be incorporated into the curriculum and teach students system troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of automated equipment among other critical tasks. The system is designed to enable the development of hands-on labs that will create a real-world experience preparing students for their future career in mechatronics.
